My water company sent me a notice suggesting we had a leak. I followed their instructions and it looked like there was a leak somewhere between my meter and the house. Called American Leak Detection the next day morning, Danny called an hour before the appointment to let me know he was on his way and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and why. He found the leak (3 ft down) and was able to repair it while there. I also received a very comprehensive report with photos. About 5 years ago we had a leak in our pool. We had two different pool companies come out to try and find and fix the leak. One of the companies emptied the pool, I mean big water pumps pumping out the water for 3 days straight. They found the supposed leak, fixed it and refilled the pool. And it still leaked. Emptied the pool again.....fixed the leak, filled the pool back up and....still leaking. Several hundred dollars later. So I called American leak detection. It was our last shot. Even though they are located in Spokane they also come to the Tri-Cities. Their guy came and within 20 minutes he was pulling on a wet suit and getting into the pool. Well that was a different approach then the other two companies. When he was getting out of the pool about half and hour later I asked him if he found anything. He said that there was a small crack in one of the drains and that he had already sealed it up. And that was it! End of leak!
