"Wow!"
After 2 cancellations of appointments from another company, I looked on the internet for options. I found your company and was able to perform the self-test outlined on your website to determine that I did, in fact, have a water leak. I immediately scheduled a service request on the internet and was contacted within a couple of hours. Not wanting to delay the solution further, I agreed to the weekend leak detection price. Much to my surprise, the owner of the company showed up and was able to find the leak and gave me tips on how to minimize further damage. I received a call on Sunday to schedule the repair for Tuesday but was contacted on Monday morning that a technician could come right away. I agreed and he got there within 20 minutes. He immediately got to work (covered my furniture to minimize the mess) and discovered that the presumed leak was not in the place originally detected. But within 30 minutes, he was able to find the leak and fix it. Total time spent was 2.5 hours. Wow! I cannot thank Greg, Fritz and Janice enough for the fantastic service! Thank you soooo much!!!
