    Jeremy is a superb technician who is professional, knowledgeable, accurate, conscientious, responsible, and straight-forward. He worked through the hottest part of the afternoon (104F), non-stop, to get the job done. We had an unknown leak(s) that needed to be isolated. He troubleshot, isolated the problem, and fixed it. He made sure his work remain flawless and complete. He explained to me what is involved in fixing them, so that I would understand what is involved and what is going on. I felt he was there for the best of the customer's welfare. His professional attitude made me feel confident he would do a superb job. I am glad to have made an acquaintance with Jeremy through ALD of Sacramento. From the get-go, ALD was upfront about the cost and there was no hidden surprises in the transaction. I would say they run an exemplary business model. Thank you!

    Totally pleased with American Leak Detection. I have my house up for sale, and there appeared to be water on pavers near a fountain and under the house. I had to provide proof to the potential buyer that either there was a leak that was repaired, or no leak. The technician was there on time, called me before he arrived, was polite, explained what he was going to do,,,and did his job. The report was ready the next day.
