Amazing. Incredible. Professional. Prompt. Any adjective to describe perfection can be further inserted. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I called ALD at 9am due to what I thought would be a broken underground pool line. Trish took the call and immediately got us scheduled. She was efficient and pleasant on the phone and covered all bases. She got us into an afternoon appointment which we greatly appreciated. Steven arrived to our home around 3pm and went right to work. Within 30 minutes he found the issue. To my extreme surprise and delight, it was not a broken line under the ground. Instead, an o-ring had gone bad. He located it, fixed it and tested the entire system for any further issues. Finding none, I celebrated not having to dig up an area of my yard once again. Steven is a complete professional with an awesome personality to match. He handled everything with such a level of care. He and Trish both deserve raises :) Thank you so much again to Trish, Steven and the rest of the team at American Leak Detection. You made a stressful situation simply disappear.

My pool was down for seven years. We were able to get it completely resurfaced and up and running this year. After being down for so long, I knew there could be leaks in my lines. I was referred by Jim Garris Construction, who did the work on my pool, to call American Leak Detection because they are the best. Shawn was the technician that came to my house and was completely professional and very through. He spent the necessary time, not rushing at all, to give the complete detailed results of his inspection. He took time to show me everything he did, why he did it and made sure I had a clear picture of what was needed. I highly recommend American Leak Detection and you should ask for Shawn.

I met your Service technician Shawn Scott when he came out and fixed a neighbor's pool. My own pool was leaking and he pointed me toward checking some things on my own and when he came out to detect and fix my pool he was able to find and repair the leaks and gave me suggestions for future maintenance. He is very professional, knowledgeable and competent in his work. I would recommend American Leak detection and Shawn to anyone with a water leak.

Since May, I have contacted numerous pool companies, and was placed “on the list” at only one. A gentlemen at Bella Blue Pools, in Toledo, recommended your company and told me that he uses the Cleveland branch. I cannot tell you the frustration and stress that leak has caused this summer. I talked to whomever it was at ALD, and two week later--problem solved (and at a tremendous value too). Kevin and Matt did a great job on a very tough job replacing a skimmer that had been encased in the cement when the pool was originally constructed over 40 years ago, in addition to 2 other "minor" leaks. Very professional, and they cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company.
