He was very professional on the phone and when he called to tell me the news I expected to hear how bad it was going to be, but he told me he found the issue in less than 5 minutes and that he was only going to charge for a service call. Chris Keene came out to check for leaks in my pool. During his first trip it started raining, so he had to stop. He came back the next day and gave me a final report. One week after the initial report I had some different issues. Chris came back out (twice) and finally found the ultimate culprit and fixed it. I 100% recommend these guys!!!

Chris did a fantastic job, he accomplished the impossible. He called before he came to explain how difficult the problem was with the main drain of the swimming pool. It's been clogged for years with leaves, acorns and twigs etc... Plus the equipment is far away from the pool. A coworker and Chris thought outside the box and figure out how to unclog the drain. It now Works! Very Professional

I got to tell you, stressed out was an understatement with all the recent issues I had with this property. Chris came out and was very engaging. Most repair type people I have dealt with just want to come in, get to the job and split. Not Chris, he took the time to explain things and really put us an ease. "Had the leak found and repaired in no time!"

Chase was outstanding, as we had a hot water pipe leak under our slab. He came out and detected the leak in no time, and gave us a couple of quick-fix scenarios. Once the excavation was finished, Chase had the leak found and repaired in no time. When the crew came out to re-cement the work area of the excavation and Chase came back to check their work, he was not satisfied, since the cement work was rough/uneven, which did not match up to the existing flooring in our family room. Chase made them come back and redo the cement at no additional cost to us. A few weeks later, we discovered another small leak in our family room and Chase came to the rescue again. This time he found a pin-hole leak in the hot water pipe coming down from the hot water heater (located on the 2nd level). Chase is truly a person that will go above/beyond to provide superior customer satisfaction and he takes the time to explain in detail the work that is needed to be performed for what needs to be repaired.
