"Great Experience During Storm Aftermath"

The recent Arctic Storm has put everyone under terrific strain even weeks after it ended. It brought out the best and worst in so many people. American Leak Detection is an excellent example of bringing out the best in people. Their efficiency, promptness, spot on leak detection has been such a relief to us. "Wow, how lucky we are to have called American Leak Detection"

The bad news is that a pipe leading to/from our pool broke resulting in a precipitous drop in the water level; the GOOD NEWS is that ACE POOL SERVICE recommended AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION. Tommy responded first, detected the area of the leak and was able to plug a pool drain to stop the water loss until the repair crew arrived to dig up and replace the broken pipe and then repair the concrete they needed to go through and even completely clean up after. They also explained what they were doing during the job and gave me the broken section of pipe as a souvenir. In addition, the office staff was very helpful and very professional. All things considered, a perfectly excellently done job. Wish all companies solved problems as well as this one does.

Dispatchers and onsite workers were courteous and professional. Cody was able to find the underground leak quickly and took the time to explain the process. The repair estimate was fair, and the work was done in a timely manner by Xavier and his associate. I was kept informed of arrival times, who to expect, and progress of the work. They provided a very good set of documents in support of the estimate. I recommend this company as a first contact for any hard-to-find leaks.

I had an extremely bad water leak outside - over 47,000 gallons a month. I tried 2 plumbers without success. I finally called your company and you sent out Ryan Osborne. Man was he great. He not only found the water leak but also a gas leak. We called the gas company and they came out and fix the gas leak. Your employee, Ryan Osborne, told me to call a plumber as he could not work on the plumbing part. We called (plumbing company) and they came out and said the leak was under my driveway or the house. Ryan said it was not. The company quoted $820 and then said it would be much more. I told them to stop. I called Ryan, he had given me his card and said to call him if I needed him any more. I did. I called him and he came out again and again found the leak. He suggested that I call another plumber which I did. The new plumber is working on the fix now. Ryan was extremely helpful.
